We are a boutique entertainment business management firm looking for a detail-oriented candidate who wants to gain experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Bill pay, deposits and general bookkeeping duties
- File, sort, and distribute mail in a timely manner
- Scan documents for record keeping with a high level of confidentiality and organization
- Perform administrative tasks such as word processing and data entry
- Handle special projects as determined by the managers and/or bookkeepers
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Answer incoming calls, manage general company voicemail box
- Minimum1 year of experience as an assistant
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Demonstrate a proactive, take initiative and customer service attitude
- Possess outstanding phone and email communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Zenith a plus
