The Office of the District Attorney, Prosecutorial District 16B, seeks
a qualified attorney to prosecute criminal cases. Position is full
time with benefits and caseload may consist of criminal cases in
juvenile, district and superior courts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Training and Experience Requirements
Juris Doctorate degree with a license to practice law in North
Carolina. Successful candidate must be highly professional, self-
motivated individual with excellent people skills. Requires excellent
organizational skills and ability to deal efficiently with large
caseloads and/or court dockets. Degrees must be from appropriately
accredited institutions.
