Job Summary: Reports to the Director, Recruitment and Staffing with responsibility for a wide range of complex administrative support as well as support and coordination of recruitment programs and the recruitment process to ensure professional and efficient departmental operations. Job Requirements: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent, including or supplemented by secretarial course work. Minimum t wo (2) years secretarial experience in a customer-related environment (preferably in Human Resources). Must type 60 wpm. PC skills, utilizing Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills. Exercises independent judgment in communications and interactions with management, employees and applicants. Provides back-up support and assistance to fellow H.R. Assistants and Receptionist/Secretary. Maintains accuracy of system and system information which have direct budget impact on the department. Prepares for distribution and review a variety of regularly issued reports. Have understanding and mastering of all support functions within Recruitment and Staffing and is capable therefore of filing in for any vacancy.
