Del Amo Motorsports is the leading powersports dealership in Redondo Beach, CA. is looking for a Inventory Manager/Parts and Apparel Buyer. This position is a highly visible supply chain role that is responsible for overseeing the development [Hard & Soft products, Apparel, Parts, etc.] and implementation of forecasts, purchasing, merchandising and inventory plans that are aligned with the company’s strategic PowerSports Merchandising Inventory and Service level objectives. Candidates must be honest, friendly, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Preferred candidates will:
Achieve inventory and rate goals by developing highly accurate forecasts for assigned product lines- PowerSports Merchandising

Work cross functionally to assemble and analyze data from multiple sources to create future sales forecasts (historical demand, inventory planning, service, sales, product development and supply chain).

Receiving and ordering, network with vendors and price negotiation, reduce obsolete inventory.

Define process and ordering schedules.

Continuously monitor the statistical accuracy of current and future forecasts and make necessary adjustments based on market trends.

Lead inventory and forecasting planning meetings for assigned product lines

Lead SKU rationalization process for assigned product lines

Maintain system demand planning parameters (forecast, safety stock)

Proactively communicate urgent issues to management

Be able to work as a team player with other departments in the dealership.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.

Exceptional candidates would have:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required

4+ years product knowledge of the metric motorcycles

Previous experience at a Multi Line Motorcycle Dealership

Proven track record in driving process and efficiency improvements required.

Passion for PowerSports, eager to learn and motivated to succeed.

ADP Lightspeed experience big plus

Lightspeed reports is a must.

Proficient in Excel is a must.

Willing to travel and attend dealer shows.

Fluent in speaking Spanish a huge plus
