The Perceptual Computing Group of Intel Corporation is looking to fill the position of a Systems Engineer. In this role, the candidate will work on the definition, development, and prototyping of emerging usages on Intel-based Client platforms, especially in the domain of natural human-computer interactions. The candidate will work closely with internal and external collaborators to pull together the necessary hardware, software, systems and technologies, resulting in prototype demonstration and productization of compelling new systems and usages.
BS+ 3 yrs. exp.; MS + 2 yrs. exp. in EE/CS.
Hands-on experience on the PC architecture and the software stack (Apps/UI, OS, API, driver) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Besides technical expertise, the ability to work in a highly matrixed and collaborative corporate environment is required.
The person must have demonstrated strong drive to accomplish high-impact results, setting tough goals for himself/herself and executing to it, energetic and positive spirits taking pride in achievements, and straightforwardness in dealing with others in a direct and productive manner.
