Core Responsibilities
Strong combination of multiple sales channel/marketing focus with demonstrated success in grass roots marketing, events sponsorship and community outreach.
Perform daily blocking and tackling to drive and deliver the right numbers.
Build and manage top performing B to C sales/marketing teams in a highly competitive environment.
Reduce churn through improved customer retention.
Validate market trends to business through competitive intelligence.
Know the data and build the justification to state the business case.
Aggressively address the competition with a sense of urgency by providing real time marketing tools.
Build the function by focusing on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation.
Assess effectiveness of Product Sales and Marketing programs, initiatives and campaigns.
Drive change transformation and strategy execution. Oversee and provide direction for market and competitor analysis.
Develop strategies to achieve net add goals, market share growth and revenue objectives by optimizing sales channel mix and product mix.
Work with region, division and corporate on the development, coordination and implementation of Marketing and Sales plans and strategies to achieve subscriber and revenue growth goals.
Develop strategies for improving sales channel effectiveness and efficiencies and ensure that Sales efforts maximize returns on assets while achieving strategic goal.
Review and analyze Marketing budget performance reports to determine trends in the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Evaluate acquisition and retention plans to maximize market share.

  • Bachelor's degree required, advance degree preferred
  • Multiple Sales Channel experience with P & L responsibility
  • Service industry and operations management experience from telecommunications or cable industries
  • Marketing and selling in a highly competitive environment and creative ability to find ways to compete
  • Financial and business acumen with proven track record of delivering business results
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all employees at all levels
  • Goal oriented and executes with excellence.
  • Passionate with a winning attitude in a highly competitive environment with focus on team results.
  • Effect cultural change through coaching, mentoring and motivation.
  • Willingness to be tactical to deliver results.
  • Proven ability to lead and operationalize work to support Customer Service Center transformation strategy.
