Full time position. Will assist in the management of a 34 unit apartment complex and provide other general administrative support. Requires an associate degree in accounting or business related field. Must have the ability to comprehend and apply laws, rules, regulationsand procedures in subsidized housing management.

Must deal tactfully and effectively with co-workers and the general public. Requires knowledge of acceptable accounting / clerical / secretarial procedures. Strong background in using Microsoft Excel, and Quickbooks is preferred as is experience following HUD tenant occupancy requirements. Benefits include health insurance, 401K plan, pretax plan, vacation and sick leave packages.
