Warranty Analytics Manager will support business development, creation of re-usable analytical assets, estimating effort for and overseeing delivery of concurrent engagements in Warranty Management domain. The role would be based out of US and will require extensive travel within North America and occasionally to Asia Pacific region.
Business Development Support:
Work with Practice Leadership to develop overall Warranty Analytics sales plans and then drive their execution
Establish oneself as a Warranty Management subject matter expert (SME) with clients
Work with Technology consulting (TGP) and Industry teams (IGs) to develop and evolve the Warranty offering
Meet with potential clients to present Warranty offerings and to drive sales and cost estimation discussions
Understand and translate client requirements into a solution plan and cost estimate
Articulate infrastructure/technology, tools and analytical capabilities required for client solutions
Interface with the delivery organization(s) (TGP and BPO) to deliver projects
Project Manager Role:
Manage project costs, schedule and business case delivery for projects
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization
Coach, mentor and lead personnel within the project team
Lead project delivery teams to
Understand / validate the business problem
Define data requirements
Conduct analysis / develop models
Develop insights and make recommendations
Communicate analytic outputs and recommendations to clients along with the business value
Prepare roadmap for client to include analytics insights in business process and identify process changes required to benefit from analytics insights
Travel as required (to 80%)
Bachelor's Degree in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics/ Econometrics/ Mathematics/ Operations Research
Minimum of 6 years Warranty Management
Minimum of 4 years experience of applying analytics in Warranty Management space and using analytical tools such as SAS, SPSS, and R
Master's degree in a relevant area such as Statistics/ Econometrics/ Mathematics/ Operations Research / Quality
Past experience in the consulting industry.
Good presentation skills - dynamic presenter with ability to convey technology and business value propositions
Good interpersonal and oral communication skills - able to present to CXO's
