Position Description:
This is an inbound call center Sales Agent position for the industry leader in Satellite Internet.

Hours of Operation are 6:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM Saturday and Sunday.

Agent responsibility is to take inbound calls, place orders, answer questions and inquiries.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, telling prospective customers about the benefits of products and services, overcoming objections, and, once the sale is made, gathering billing and customer information.

Ability to work the above noted hours of operation as part of assigned schedule


A minimum of a High School diploma or GED


Enthusiastic phone conversation skills


Ability to independently operate a Windows based computer system and engage in basic Internet browsing


Three years minimum of Sales experience


Great communication skills and the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment


Must be goal oriented and success driven


Great organizational and analytical skills


Possess excellent listening skills


Perform simple math calculations


Ability to type 30 wpm


Able to work in a fast-paced environment


Pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Highly Desired Attributes:

College degree or equivalent work experience highly preferred


Technical expertise related to computer hardware and networking environments


Call Center Sales experience in either an Inbound or Outbound capacity
