Description
Summary
Responsible for high-quality client relationships related to projects. Identify and escalate project risks to the manager. Manages team and provides oversight to the daily execution of their responsibilities.

Team Management
Support various business partner initiatives and take part in frequent communications, both formal and informal
Identify and escalate project risks to the manager
Ensure compliance with HR policies
Monitor training programs for team members to ensure goals are met
Lead, develop, and mentor team members
Regular one-on-one coaching meetings
Development Plan review
Provide constructive feedback
Provides recommendations to manager regarding recognition
Demonstrate full accountability for the end-to-end project management delivery process
Resolve one-off project issues and questions as required
Work with manager to align staff skill sets with work assignments
Work with manager to balance staff workload
Qualifications
Qualifications
· 5 years of healthcare IS experience
· 2-3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role
· Effective organizational/time management skills
· Strong follow up & problem solving skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and over lapping deadlines
