Works with Agents & District Managers to improve product knowledge, sales skills as well as improve overall awareness and unde rstanding of all Life and Financial products offered. Provides Agents & District Managers product and sales support to help develop the assigned territory and meet assigned goals.
Assists District Managers & Agents in all phases of writing and servicing insurance. Helps District Managers and Agents develop business plans designed to improve production and/or exceed assigned goals and expectations (i.e. sales concepts, marketing programs, presentations, etc.).
Works with State Executive Director and Division Marketing Manager(s) to develop sales promotions, product and sales training classes/seminars, and Division and/or State specific Life and Financial product communication pieces. Utilizes resources to deliver new product knowledge & offerings to the field in a timely manner. Assists State Executive Director in the development of state Life sales plans.
Facilitates sales and/or product training classes and seminars at individual (Agent), District, Division and State levels (i.e. delivery of compliance approved sales presentations, the development of marketing ideas and cross-sell techniques, joint sales calls).
Works with Division Marketing Manager and District Managers to develop a schedule and/or set of Agent visit expectations for the specific purpose of achieving life and financial services goals.
Maintains a close liaison with the Zone Life Director, Internal Sales Desk, Internal Wholesaler, FFS Zone Manager, Life Trainer and Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction in order to deliver quality and compliant support to Agents & District Managers.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
