Description:
Project Manager responsible for a team comprised of employee and subcontractor staff in support of the IRS Notice Conversion project. The project scope is to convert taxpayer notices from an antiquated COTS software to a fully featured COTS software package. The converted notices are, in turn, automatically generated based on specific criteria and mailed to taxpayers for further action.

The project manager is responsible for managing on-time completion of Task Order deliverables, managing the budget, adherence to contractual reporting, CMMI processes and maintaining the client relationship.

This position is located at the client site and entails close coordination with client personnel on all phases of project execution.

Qualifications:
Management experience software development projects. Experience with government contracting including Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable contract types. Excellent interpersonal skills including staff motivation, client negotiations and stakeholder management. Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing and business-style communication.

Certified PMP is highly preferred.
