A Customer Support Line Analyst should have technical knowledge in LAN and WAN topologies. Knowledge of overall networking technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Training in PC/networking technology. A+ Certification.

Hours 3pm-11:30pm

Job & Education Requirements: 2 years experience in direct computer technical support, customer service training in a health care environment. Equivalent experience.

Able to work 3pm-11:30pm

Bachelors degree preferred.
