Provides respiratory therapy and/or performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to cardiopulmonary disorder as ordered by physician and in accordance with established standards and practices. Job is performed appropriately for the age population served as defined in the company Plan of Care. SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One year in acute care hospital. SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Current Louisiana License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist.
CPR Certified NALS, PALS and ACLS preferred.
