Responsibilities
Work alongside a passionate KickApps development team (Part of the Kit digital family) in developing and delivering dynamic social media solutions in PHP, JavaScript, and HTML5
Create highly scalable / robust code (that is also really clean)
Actively participate in daily SCRUM meetings
Solve huge technical challenges
Here's what we need from you:
Experience developing applications in PHP, HTML, and JavaScript
Understanding of CSS
mySQL database knowledge
Experience with Frameworks/Libraries such as jQuery or MooTools
Experience or desire to develop large, high availability sites
Strong fundamental understanding of Object Oriented programming, processes, and methods
Commitment to design, build and deployment excellence
You will be eager, confident, passionate about technology, and have excellent communication skills
BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
Here are the “nice-to-haves" or what you could learn:
Experience creating technical specification, architecture, DB design or SQL optimization
Experience working with Social Media APIs (Google+, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
