Supervises PTAs and aides in performing treatment. Current WI state licensure, or license eligible as a Registered Physical Therapist. CPR certified or within 90 days of employment.
Valid State of WI driver's license & proof of required insurance. Prefer 2 years of experience in appropriate setting. This positon is planned to be a split between inpatient and outpatient care of approximately 60/ 40 respectively. Posted On: 3/9/2012 Work Hours: Days between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm.
Weekend rotation 1:6 weeks. 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
