The Hospice Program Director is responsible for facilitating care delivery for all clients receiving Hospice services. The Hospice Program Director evaluates and recommends appropriate client services that support the VNA mission. The Hospice Program Director works closely with all levels of business and clinical staff to ensure that service utilization is appropriate, that care is delivered in a safe and cost-effective manner; and that appropriate communications and authorizations with managed care organizations occur in a timely manner.
Full time, 40 hour position. Current RN License required, home care and comprehensive understanding of Hospice regulations preferred.
