We are currently seeking a clinical professional at our RIM Guidance outpatient clinic serving adults with Serious Mental Illness, General Mental Health, and Substance Abuse issues, families, children, and adolescents.

The counselors work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement service plans, complete clinical assessments, and provide quality clinical care for each service participant using a client directed, outcome informed approach. Additionally in this position, you will perform intakes and psychosocial assessments of families and their individual members and conducts home visits as needed and case consultations with other agencies and organizations. You will educate other providers and Stakeholders regarding the program and services available as requested. You will coordinate closely with behavior coaches, children's service facilitators, case managers, and staff from other providers and provide therapy and/or clinical case management for a full caseload of families and/or their individual members.

Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age, Masters Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) plus one (1) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
Must have clinical liaison number or eligible to receive within six (6) months of hire. Must be licensed or eligible for and pursuing licensure within 6 months of hire.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, quality internal and external customer service skills to effectively dialogue with all contract and funding sources.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
