Greeting guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as controlling the flow of guests to maximize guest service

Providing warm and friendly conversation

Take reservations, provide accurate wait times and create seating charts

Adherence to all brand standards in assisting guests and always insure the guest’s satisfaction

Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English

Must have excellent people skills.

F&B experience

Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge is a culinary experience with a twist which defines Rocky Mountain cuisine. The Mural Room offers local buffalo and sustainable seafood—with all prepared fresh at our on-site butcher shop and bakery. For breakfast, our buffet offers delicacies such as Belgian waffles and Eggs Benedict. For lunch we offer a selection of small dishes, salads, sandwiches and light fare options. The dessert menu features new age desserts along with homemade ice cream and sorbets.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a dual position of hosting and cashiering. Cashiering responsibilities include the proper settling of guest checks through the Point of Sale system as well as keeping accurate records of server TIPS and balancing all work.

Café Court at Colter Bay serves food for guests on the run. With an emphasis on both North and South American selections, the Café Court offers everything from quick sandwiches, delectable salads and hamburgers with accompanying beverages and ice creams. For a picnic or a meal back at your cabin, guests can grab a quick box lunch or place their order "to go."

Ranch House at Colter Bay ’s menu features classics and new evolved cuisine in a ranch house setting perfect for every age, offering breakfast buffet, soup and salad baked potato bar for lunch. Guests can relax at the bar or in a comfortable booth for a hearty dinner and take advantage of the soup and salad bar.

Jenny Lake Lodge ’s Executive Chef along with the talented culinary team at Jenny Lake Lodge put together menus that rival many restaurants around the country. The Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch, and a 5-course dinner with an award-winning wine list. Breakfast and dinner are included with stays, and dinner menus rotate nightly. Lunch is available daily and is a unique opportunity for those passing through the Park to experience this exquisite dining destination.

Headwaters Lodge’s Sheffields Restaurant and Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a hearty meal offering local mouth-watering cuisine. At the Bar, guests will relax in our newly renovated western saloon and reminisce about their adventures while enjoying a variety of local brews and spirits.
