Students from local universities and/or trade schools will be given the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in their field of study through Nemetschek Vectorworks' Internship Program.
Nemetschek has opportunities for the 2012 spring, summer and fall semesters in the following departments:
Sales – As an intern in the Sales Department, a student will gain experience in:
o A team-based environment
o Telesales
o Computer Aide Design (CAD)
o Sales Training/Mentorship
o Vectorworks Landmark, Spotlight, Architect industry experience
Customer Service – As an intern in the Customer Service Department, a student will gain experience in:
o Customer Relationship Management
o Problem solving
o Conflict resolution
o Production Assembly
o Data entry
Marketing – As an intern in the Marketing Department, a student will gain experience in:
o Marketing research
o Campaign management
o Customer engagement
Students interested in the landscape industry would have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a licensed Landscape Industry Specialist and gain experience in:
o Creating image content for Plant Database
o Creating image prop content for general resource libraries and regional plant palettes
o Creating graphic content and example files
Students interested in Graphic Design would have the opportunity to work under the supervision of our Art Director and gain experience in:
o Designing art and copy layouts for material to be presented visually in magazines, books, on product packaging, website and CD-ROM, and by other visual communications media.
o Working with various departments within the company to meet the company’s online marketing objectives.
As an intern at Nemetschek yo u will:
