LBA Hospitality, a growing and award winning hotel management and development company based in Dothan, Alabama is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager - Staffing. LBA operates 70 hotels in 10 states with over 1800 employees. The ideal candidate possesses eight - ten years of experience in Human Resources, broad based HR Generalist experience preferred, with Recruiting experience required. PHR/SPHR preferred. Candidates should be detail oriented, organized, and possess excellent writing, communication and computer skills.
The candidate will manage the following services:
Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on all recruitment sites.
Interview and pre-screen candidates with structured interview guides, evaluate qualifications to ensure they meet job specifications, and recommend interview with management.
Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company, hotel brand and position.
Manages and coordinates constant communication with candidates and Executive Team on position status as well as overseeing the scheduling and logistics of telephone and in-person interviews.
Oversees the completion of personal and professional reference checks and administration of background checks for new associates.
Extends offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with upper management.
Maintain reports on company recruiting efforts, open positions, and turnover.
Updates internal job posting board and distributes to all LBA managed hotels.
Plan, coordinate and execute on-campus recruitment efforts.
Assist with managing FMLA, ADA requests, administering E-Verify program and performs other HR projects and duties as assigned.
