Develops, implements, and is held accountable for operational plans, goals and budgets for department. Responsible for employment decisions, and performance management as well as departmental staffing. Valid RI RN license, BS degree, 5 years of staff labor and delivery nursing experience, BLS required and must meet knowledge/skill inventory list. Minimum 2 years leadership experience. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
