Currently, we are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Central Processing Center for our upcoming training class that begins in January 2013. All selected candidates must be able to work in our downtown office located at 2001 Bryan Street, Dallas TX 75201.
As a Central Processing Center (CPC) Customer Service Representative, you will process account and policy-specific information received from our various branch office locations. The selected candidates will process new policies, make requested adjustments to policies, and be responsible for maintaining electronic documentation and achieving service and quality goals within the department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidates must have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining workload. Self motivated, confident in decision making and judgment abilities. The individual must demonstrate the following competencies: mathematical aptitude, strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft computer applications, verbal, written and phone skills, typing proficiency, ability to work remotely with other offices and perform assignments within time constraints. Demonstrated track record of success in current and prior positions. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
