As we continue to grow, we are looking to grow our presence with strategic accounts that are already using our products and with those that do not. The Strategic Account Sales Executive (SE) with identify prospects and form partnerships with partners and customers alike. Our products extend from our core products that protect Java and .Net managed code to Runtime Intelligence that correlates behavior with business results. Unlike web analytics, Runtime Intelligence extends beyond browser clicks to include the traditional client and mobile experience. Runtime Intelligence offers unprecedented insight into how software is being used in the real world, giving multiple stakeholders a reliable way to measure and manage their development investments.

The Strategic Account Sales Executive position is at PreEmptive Solution’s North American Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio.
We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated, aggressive and charismatic Strategic Account Sales Executive to pursue direct and proactive software sales. The Sales Executive will call on organizations that develop both in-house and/or commercial software applications. The SE will be expected to initiate, negotiate and close opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills and will have a background in technology solution sales.
This is a HUNTING sales role and the successful individual will be self-motivated, personable and able to navigate prospect organizations to get to the right people.
The candidate will produce proposals and presentations for potential clients to communicate the value of PreEmptive Solution’s family of products and be responsible for executing an aggressive plan to profitably grow revenue and expand the client base within the assigned territory. This person will forecast, review and track campaign performance accordingly and will report to the VP Sales.
- A well-seasoned dealmaker with strong relationship, prospecting and negotiating skills
- A minimum of 5 years of software solution sales experience in software or technology with a proven track record
