Outside Sales Account Executive - Technology Business Development

Ricoh USA, the leading provider of advanced office technology and innovative document imaging products, services and software, is seeking professional, enthusiastic and dedicated Outside Sales Account Executives to join our dynamic team of business development specialists! In this exciting and lucrative role, you will strive to expand sales revenue throughout your account base while driving new market share in solutions and services. Specifically, your role will consist of account management and expansion as well as prospecting and developing new opportunities.
We are seeking individuals with excellent work ethic and unmatched professionalism to provide our customers with consistently consultative buying experiences. Job Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Account Executive for Ricoh USA, you will create compelling business solutions to optimize customers' business and technology needs. You will primarily call on small to medium-sized businesses to meet with owners, office managers, purchasing supervisors and IT personnel.
Additional responsibilities for this position include: Developing sales activities; Conducting benchmark demonstrations; Completing proposals; Presenting our value proposition
Job Requirements
As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you must understand sales techniques and strategies, such as cold-calling, networking and lead generation. We are also seeking closers - individuals capable of influencing clients, developing emotional relationships and ultimately delivering their business.
Additional requirements of the Outside Sales Account Executive include: 4 Year degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Education, Psychology, etc.; Minimum 2 years of business experience, preferred; Driver's license and reliable vehicle; Solid Business and Financial acumen; CDIA, MCSC, ITIL and AIIM certifications, a plus.
