Responsibilities:
Summary: Provide support to the CBM Team Leader and the CBM team in terms of data quality and inventory management. These duties will include working directly with the customer and subcontractors of the SDC program

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:
Must be able to use MS Office – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Must have the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.

Develop or modify scripts (e.g. python, shell scripts) for data handling and data manipulation.

Transfer CBM data into a data management system

Track and report movement of data from the field

Track and report assets relating to the CBM program

Create routine status reports on all areas of responsibility

Act as liaison between the home office and field personnel to resolve data quality issues.

Handle shipment to and from the field, distribute packages to/from appropriate personnel, track and report all shipment status

Research parts and supplies, prepare and submit purchase requests to the home office in compliance with purchasing requirements.

Maintain accurate accounting of inventory of consumable and non-consumable items

Maintain minimum on hand quantities of consumable supplies

Travel to various locations in support of the CBM project upon request to include data collection, CBM equipment retrieval, and vehicle ECU VIN updates

Other duties as assigned.

Assists higher-level analysts with portions of complicated tasks. Performs research, collection and collation of the results of studies. Assists in the compilation of data, and preparation of inputs into larger reports. Evaluates and interprets analytical findings. Prepares finished products for review by team leader or higher-level analysts. Interfaces with external entities to collect data. Uses and/or develops computer tools to facilitate analysis tasks. Prepares inputs to monthly status reports. May be assigned to customer site. May prepare and present technical briefings. Proficient in use of computer-spread sheets, databases and other related tools.

Education and/or Experience:
Requires Bachelor’s degree (in related field) or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to use basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, discounts, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Other job related skills:
Ability to work well with others (co-workers, business clients, company employees, customers).

Ability to report to work on a regular basis and in a timely manner.

Work is in a moderately clean office environment with adequate environmental (heating/cooling) control.
