We are looking for a Manager for our Newport location and are offering a competitive salary to the most highly qualified applicant. In addition to salary, benefits such as paid-vacation are offered. Also, performance-based bonuses may be awarded on a quarterly basis. Salary is negotiable depending upon qualifications. Trial period of 3 months is required before confirming hire.
The Manager oversees the store and is the owner’s first line of communication. The Manager is in charge of staffing the store, overseeing inventory, scheduling, bank depositing, stocking of inventory, advertising and marketing, and sending in daily/weekly/monthly reports. General Managers are expected to work a minimum of fifty hours a week.
