Goodwill Industries of Northern New England is searching for an Real Estate Leasing Specialist to provide clerical and administrative support to its Real Estate Services division. This position is located in Portland, ME.
The Real Estate Leasing Specialist is responsible for interpretation and maintenance of data entered into the real estate data base. Position is responsible for performing required HUD housing certifications and requires working in partnership with Finance Dept., tenants, guardians, representative payees, Program and Case Managers, community Human Service agencies, State and Federal Agencies. Provides assistance with specific projects, preparations for trainings/ meetings and other related duties as assigned and works closely with and provides coverage for the Property Maintenance Manager. Must have attended and received “Certified Occupancy Training” or be willing to obtain certification within a specified period.

Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED
Experience with Real Estate Leases required
Excellent math skills required
Ability to interpret and evaluate real estate leases
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine with a satisfactory driving record
Criminal background check to meet agency requirements
