We are currently seeking a Loans Coordinator to join our Client Support Team! The successful candidate will respond to client inquiries received relating to our loan servicing applications and will work with internal partners to achieve resolution.

•Respond to high volume of client inquiries received via phone/email relating to loan system functionality, process, procedures or maintenance
•Research and troubleshoot issues, track via case tracking system ensuring adherence to established customer service standards
•Perform maintenance, testing and issue triage; escalate as appropriate with internal partners to expedite issue resolution
•Document system and/or procedural changes and communicate information to client; may occasionally need to train clients on new functionalities

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•One year operations/ technical experience in banking, finance, or mortgage industry
•Mortgage, consumer, or commercial loan processing experience required
•Investor processing (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, MHFA, FHLB) including Custodial Account reconciliation and remittance processing
•Experience with new account setup, adjustable rate changes, accrual and payoff calculations and delinquent loan/credit bureau reporting
•Experience with Escrow Tax and Insurance Processing, Loan Payment Processing and Reporting to Regulatory Agencies ( FDIC, OTS, NCUA )
•Knowledge of banking terminology and operational procedures
•Significant experience with MS Office suite; Oracle based SQL a plus
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Effective written and oral communication abilities
