Job Description:

My client offers comprehensive benefit solutions and services exclusively for the not-for-profit healthcare industry. Our benefit solutions are marketed to physician groups, hospitals, academic medical centers, and health networks every year.

Currently, we are seeking to add a Financial Advisor to our Sales Organization. This person must be self-starter in a fast-paced organization. This role will help physicians and hospital executives to design their financial planning strategies. Prospective clients will be provided through our existing client base. Compensation negotiable based on experience.

A Financial Advisor will:
Prepare financial plans that reflect customer objectives

Provide investment advice

Conduct client presentations

Work with clients over the phone

Maintain appropriate records in accordance with all applicable guidelines and regulations

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients

Demonstrate an aggressive and tenacious work ethic

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses

Ability to pass a pre-employment background verification and U-4 FINRA verification

Outstanding verbal, written and listening communication skills; superior customer service skills

Ability to quickly compile, verify and calculate information to provide solutions and recommendations regarding investment strategies

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

Demonstrated ability to display and maintain a highly professional demeanor

High level of confidence, perseverance and a strong desire to achieve and succeed

Demonstrated high level of skill in the following areas: organizing, planning and prioritization

Travel may be required
