The College of Arts and Sciences is looking for a Project Management Leader whose main responsibilities will be the overall implementation of many of the Dean's major initiatives and who will work closely with the dean, chief of staff and appropriate dean's staff on bringing top-level projects to fruition. This individual must be able to employ appropriate Project Management practices. This includes but is not limited to outlining projects from start to finish; defining project tasks and resource requirements at each stage of the task; initiating a timeline; coordinating teams' schedules and assessing the needs of projects; meeting with project teams and identifying scope and responsibilities; and defining project objectives. This leader will be accountable for a quality final product and timely completion and will work with faculty and staff across the college and the university as well as student employees.
