WCHS / WVAH, the local ABC / FOX affiliates are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support internally and externally with the daily operation of the office of the General Manager.
Generate correspondence including internal and external memos and process and open mail
Plan and coordinate staff meetings
Maintain and set appointments for General Manager as needed
Screen and transfer phone calls as needed
Plan travel arrangements for Station Management
Act as liaison between station departments and General Manager
Coordinate and plan station activities and other functions
Order office supplies and process purchases through the IProcurement system
Assist Station’s Human Resources Supervisor with administrative functions as needed, including but not limited to FCC Reporting, processing personnel documents, handling complaints from the public, etc.
Maintain the station’s Public Inspection File
Excellent communication skills
Strong Microsoft office
Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Experience
Broadcast and Human Resource experience are a plus
