Recruiting Coordinators conduct in-depth searches for qualified candidates for our clients’ job openings. You will interview candidates from various sources, including our extensive database. You will interact with candidates across the country on a daily basis. No travel required. Recruiting Coordinators work with the Managers in our office to help large manufacturing companies hire professionals. Positions we fill include VP of Sales, Director of Human Resources, Controller, Plant Manager, Engineer, Quality Manager, Production Supervisor,.. and many more.

We are looking for someone who has a lot of energy, is detail-oriented, and well-organized, for this diverse position. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box. Strong computer and communication skills are a must. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Multiple backgrounds have been very successful in this position, including customer service, retail, and sales. In-depth training is provided.
