WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:
- Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers.
- Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our Company.
- Makes necessary entries in the Agent schedule database relative to trades as required by the labor agreement.
- Receives telephones calls from Agents reporting ill, absent or tardy and accurately makes entries in to the Agent schedule database.
