We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Central Sterile Technician (CST). The CST will be responsible for assembling, cleaning, sterilization, storage and distribution of surgical instruments and medical devices. The CST ensures all instruments and emergency supplies meet established quotas, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Decontaminate, disinfect, test, adjust, assemble and transport mobile patient equipment. Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, prep and pack and sterilize designated surgical instrumentation. Conducts inventories and stocks medical disposable goods in storage areas and ensures sterile processing of all materials.
To qualify you must a High School diploma with Central Sterile Technician (CST) certification. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Central Sterile Technician in a Hospital. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency using the computer is required.
