HR Operations Analyst

This is a true end-to-end HR Operations role with a mandate to ensure smooth delivery of HR operations services for the ANZ market. Potential scope to service a regional client base and contribute to HR projects both on a regional and local level will make this opportunity exciting and rewarding. Candidates with a flexible and 'can do' approach to service delivery will be highly regarded. The HR Operations team are supportive and experienced, willing to provide guidance when required. This role will provide the incumbent with 'best in class' exposure to the transaction processing of all employee life cycle changes via PeopleSoft and accurate preparation of documentation for employees during their lifecycle with Mercer.
Execution of necessary HR administration requires:
Responsibility for the data accuracy and integrity of PeopleSoft data
Operational reporting, query and analysis
Peer review and audit of data for the new hire process once off shored
You will be supported, engaged, challenged and energized by the HR operational variety and breadth you will deliver including, but not limited to:
Updating ADP (payroll system) for Australia and New Zealand.
Provide reporting and data analysis pieces of work to the business on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
Have the ability to answer general employee queries and/or redirect employees to other sources of information
Play a pivotal role in auditing and data integrity of our HR records. This will include but not limited to data integrity flow of new hire records between Taleo and PeopleSoft and employee payroll records flowing through an interface between PeopleSoft and PayForce National (ADP).
Feedback discrepancy to our off shore team and onshore recruiters for amendments and identify process improvement plan when implementing the “new” hire process so as to ensure accuracy and integrity of PeopleSoft data.

Intermediate to Advanced skills in Word, Excel & Outlook
