Analyze and identify TAMS 'niche' position within its market place, long term customer targets; products and services.
Develop and implement new business development strategies including products, services, financial parameters, business alliances; consultative services and protocols.
Advise and recommend to the Director, Health Care Business Development, a plan to develop, implement, and manage TAMS' Business Development and Corporate Strategic Plans.
Manage business development resources.
Manage the Business Development organization's three year plan, six month budgets; contracts, business objectives (MBOs), customer relationships, public and opinion leader perception objectives.
A four year degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of business venture and partnerships, operations, financial management.
Solid experience as a Director for a medium to large Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).
Experience with computers and office equipment.
Work is performed in an office environment, requiring the frequent operation of standard office equipment such as personal computer, telephone, fax and copy machines.
This job requires moderate travel, which may entail occasional or extended overnight travel.
