Shawmut is looking for a Project Administrator with at least 2 years of construction project administration experience. This candidate must demonstrate a track record of outstanding customer service and must have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

A Shawmut Project Administrator provides a range of support for one or more project managers. Acting on his/her own initiative and direction a Project Administrator is able to organize, prioritize and complete work in a timely manner. In addition, this person acts as a liaison between the project manager, subcontractors, clients and internal departments to facilitate workflow.

As the member of a larger team this person may serve as a back- up to all project administrators. This includes, work and project sharing as needed during busy times, assisting in interviewing and training of new PA staff, and attending meetings and mandatory trainings as necessary.

Seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative role. This candidate must demonstrate a track record of outstanding customer service. Must have strong working knowledge of the Office Suite.
