Daily data entry into Labor Management software and spread sheets.
Timecard printing and reports.
Verify time cards and daily calls.
Responsible for the submission of daily union timecards to payroll.
Assists with show site labor relations issues.
Assists with labor check-in for shows on and off location.
Responsible for the completion and processing of New hire paperwork.
Daily filing and alphabetizing of time cards, Employee files.
Answer phone and transcribe phone messages.
Ability to communicate assignments clearly over phone and radio.
Maintain accurate Attendance records for each union employee.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong computer skills
Ability to work with MS Office programs and Oracle-based products require, Discoverer reporting tool experience a plus.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with little direction.
Ability to read and interpret union contracts.
Prior experience in a high volume union payroll environment helpful.
Ability to lead others.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment with multiple priorities.
Strong verbal communication skills, interfacing with union personnel and management.
Written communication skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of two years experience in the tradeshow industry or a related field preferred
Experience in a union environment strongly preferred
Tradeshow showsite/Shop environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to deliver service during peak business cycles.
Able to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to maintain professional communication skills during peak business activity.
Will be required to work out at showsite. This includes standing or sitting for crew check-in’s, walking/riding a cart to various showsite locations
