Key administrative position supporting and forwarding the work of the Executive Vice President &
Chief Operating Officer (COO also serves as CFO). Areas of particular focus are personnel
administration, IT services coordination and scheduling of meetings/minutes-taking. Broad range
of involvement in “behind the scenes” administrative work, includes interaction with many staff
members, volunteer constituents and vendors. Detailed work and diligent follow-through
required, with growing levels of responsibility and autonomy available over time. Challenging role
with wide variety of duties, opportunities to learn and manage projects with appropriate
experience. Good communication and general computer skills required (MS Office). Experience
with HR, payroll, IT administration and/or work in a finance office a plus.
