360i is looking for an Associate Media Director that can focus on Display Media Strategy who can navigate the complexities of the market (DSPs, Ad exchanges, real-time bidding, attribution, audience segmentation, etc) and work with a team to develop integrated, innovative strategies across earned, owned and paid digital media (social, websites, display and search) that are highly impactful, wonderfully engaging, and ultimately achieve our clients' marketing goals. The Associate Media Director will act as a consultant to our current and prospective clients and media teams, and will be responsible for leading the strategic communications planning for our clients. We're looking for someone who has strong experience in DSP's/programmatic buying, is passionate about emerging platforms and skilled in recommending never-been-done-before solutions; and ultimately someone who can dig deep into a clients business challenge and confidently present a compelling strategy.

5+ years of marketing and digital media experience working in media planning, communications planning and emerging media working with Fortune 500 clients with both direct response and branding goals
A passion for, and understanding of, the highly fragmented digital media environment and technologies (DSPs, Ad exchanges, real-time bidding, media verification, data management, attribution, audience segmentation, etc )
Demonstrated ability to overcome a brand/business challenge through the development of integrated media plans/strategies (across owned, earned and paid digital media) that are highly engaging, improve brand awareness, but ultimately achieve direct response goals
Proven thought leader with innate curiosity and aptitude. You're on top of the latest trends/platforms/technologies in digital media and have a POV on how best to leverage them in new ways that achieve divergent marketing goals (acquisition/branding).
Demonstrated ability to build relationships (internally and with clients)
Dynamic, innovative marketer with strong analytical skills, business acumen and industry presence who has a passion for ideas and building business
