IT Support Specialist
Job Description: Responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of site distributed computing environment. Participate in hardware/software projects and deployment plans. Analyze work group systems and recommend solutions. Execute production processes. Perform/manage changes to servers/environment. Manage virus protection procedures on server. Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and/or workflow. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
This role will provide technical support for HR enterprise applications. The job includes troubleshooting issue, creating and updating techical documentation, working with others find and fix issue, and may include application and process testing for new releases. Based on skills, some design and process work may be available as well.
We are looking for somebody with experience supporting enterprise applications with larger user base (over 500 people). Experience with troubleshooting, technical documetnation, and issue management are required. A least 5 years experience in a technical support role is required to be considered for this job.
