Quest Farm, Inc., a non-profit service provider for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is now accepting applications from qualified and interested candidates to fulfill the position of Supported Employment Specialist/Community Living Supports Manager.
The Supported Employment Specialist/Community Living Supports Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of the Supported Employment and Community Living Supports programs. Job duties include: Coordinating and implementing job development and placement program; assist referred individuals in the development of job plans; collaborate with area business for placement possibilities; connecting Community Living Supports participants in the community to support partners and recruiting and managing CLS staff.
Applicants for this position must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with individuals with intellectual and development disabilities. Compensation for this position will be $28,000 with optional benefits: health and dental insurance and matching Simple IRA .
