Responsible for every aspect of the operation and performance of a Union Wireless retail location. Manage personnel, sales and service performance, community perception, signal/service issues, customer relations/escalations, Care rep knowledge integration, order entry accuracy, and work to affect incoming traffic to their store. Model excellence in sales and service practices, along with maintaining a high level of integrity when working with customers, prospects, and Care representatives by performing the duties outlined below.

Essential Qualifications:

Some ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Consistently meet or exceed targeted goals in the areas of new activations, feature and accessory sales, contract renewals, service delivery times, and customer retention.

Handle all aspects of customer relations at their store, including problem solving escalated customer issues and making recommendations to resolve those situations.

Work with reps in your location on attention to detail in all tasks, to alleviate any rep errors or omissions. Audit all orders and other transactions completed by reps at their location to ensure they are complete and accurate. Approve and promptly submit time sheets. Manage rep cash and ensure bank deposits are completed within specified timeframes.

Demonstrate excellence in sales techniques and results by determining customer and prospect needs by asking appropriate qualifying questions and listening to customer responses in order to present appropriate recommendations. Educate the customer on the usage of products and services. Ask for the sale. Set the goal that no customer leaves the store without a purchase, and ask Management for any assistance needed to enable that to happen.

Coordinate personnel scheduling in your store, balanced within the needs of the Care department. Interview and make recommendations on replacements for any open position at your location. Design a Personal Development Plan for each Care rep. Conduct performance reviews within the guidelines distributed by Care Management.

Fulfill special project requests assigned by Care Management.

Education/Training/Certifications:
