Job Responsibilities:

Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries

Provide customers with product and service information

·

Process orders, forms and applications

·

Identify and escalate customer issues

·

Handle customer billing questions

Experience/Requirements:

At least Three months experience in customer service

·

Ability to demonstrate employment/work history

·

High School Diploma or equivalent

·

Ability to successfully pass background and drug screen

·

Ability to navigate in a Windows environment

Compensation:
·

Paid 9 wk training at $10@hour.

·

After training $9 - $13 @hr based on quality & performance

·

Full Time Employment only

6am – 11pm shifts

·

High School Diploma or equivalent (

proof required

)

·

Medical, Dental, Vision and Vacation after 90 days

·

401K and Tuition Reimbursement after 1 yr employment
