Responsible for monitoring all Junior Liens where the associated Senior Lien has a scheduled foreclosure sale date. Also responsible for reviewing and responding or forwarding all MERS notifications received by SLS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update all requests related to the Sr. lien sales and the Jr. lien interest in the property within established policy and procedures.
Maintain all attorney correspondence sent in efforts to obtain current updates relating to CIT’s assigned.
Responsible for reviewing and maintaining several reports daily/weekly.
Monitor the Jr. Liens where the Sr. Lien is in active FCL, but is not showing any equity.
Responsible for monitoring Surplus Senior Lien Sales for the purpose of recovering excess proceeds and report all findings daily.
Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate or equivalent.
1+ years of mortgage servicing preferred.
