Compile contact information from various published
lists for marketing of services; coordinate marketing campaigns through various channels such as social media outlets, Website, email, direct mail, etc.; perform routine administrative tasks as requested by management; coordinate with Business Officer in College of Engineering to manage Center for Aluminum Technology (CAT) budget; submit proper paperwork to payroll office in a timely manner
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and activities at one time; proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); prefer someone with business major; requires self-motivation and discipline; ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Preferred Education / Experience
Prefer Student with business major or paid experience.
