Job Description
This is a B2B Consultation/Sales position with rapid advancement to Management .
You will be working in our currently contracted Small Business, Credit Union, Local Government, and School District accounts in which we conduct payroll deduction benefits enrollments in, on a weekly basis, in the New Castle area. We are also looking to expand the current territory clientele. Rapid advancement to District Manager for the right candidate, possibly within 90 days.
NO WEEKENDS: Mon-Fri
STABILITY: In business since 1923
WE WILL TRAIN YOU: Insurance License preferred but not required consideration, 2 or more years of sales experience a plus
$50,000 - $65,000+ 1st year potential depending on experience

Stable work history
Management potential within 3-6 months
Leadership ability
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to train others
2+ years sales experience
Professional demeanor
Willingness to learn
Strong work ethic - this is a full time position requiring 40+hrs a week; Mon.-Thurs.
Self-motivated
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license
