Community Counseling Center is seeking an experienced full time Client Services Liaison. This important position will serve as part of our Client Services team with a focus on providing quality customer service to both our internal and external customers. Duties may include greeting all clients and visitors, assisting clients with the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as answering in-coming telephone calls.
Previous experience in mental health/social services environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast-paced office environment.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of software and Electronic Medical Records
Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient behavioral healthcare office
Experience handling a multi-line switchboard telephone system
Excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize, remain organized and work efficiently
Comfortable with a wide variety of populations and clinical presentations
Experience with insurance verification/APS & Commercial helpful.
Ability to remain calm and provide quality customer service in a fast-paced office environment with competing priorities.
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
