QuiBids is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a E-Commerce Strategist.

Summary: This position offers a unique opportunity to define and refine current and emerging businesses and will allow a person to develop ones understanding of technology, business and a breakthrough customer experience. The essential responsibilities in this role entail originating, executing, and supporting strategic initiatives within the company. This individual will be charged with supporting business units and senior leadership by conducting industry research, valuation analyses, due diligence, creation of strategic presentations, recommendations, and contract negotiations, for both internal and external relationship building. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive a solid pipeline of active content, site enhancements, and customer acquisitions to include on and off site initiatives: F.A.Q., Terms " Conditions, Email, Cross Merchandising, Badges, Games, Social Media, Feature Events, and Offers.

Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with 3rd party providers to build strategic partnerships. Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to define and deliver the overall QuiBids strategies. Help define and update the mission, goals, and success metrics for the Business Development group and ensure it°s in line with the company strategy. Work with the Merchandising and Strategic Sourcing team and senior leadership to create a prioritized, tactical action plan to exceed goals.

Independently execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, legal, compliance, support, etc.) Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks Independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior management. Participate in International expansion efforts managing all aspects of the launch of a new market. Research, identify and build new opportunities for QuiBids.

The aptitude to juggle multiple projects and the ability to drive projects to completion. Strong personal interest and knowledge of Internet businesses and technologies. Work Environment: Work is done independently in an office environment. Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, incumbent is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel, such as keyboarding and writing. Auditory/Visual: Must have visual acuity to read. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision adequate for the incumbent to perform the responsibilities and functions of the job efficiently. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly.
